How the afternoon goes

Music, food, and an open stage.

3:00

We play

Mostly Israeli music — the songs you grew up on. Loud, happy, and easy to sit back with.

4:00

Eat, drink, sing along

Food comes out, glasses get filled. Sing along if you want — plenty of people just listen.

5:00

The stage opens

Anyone who wants it: guitar, drums, or the mic, with the band behind you. Kids and adults. Completely optional — most people watch.

Small yard. Limited tickets.

It's a potluck.

Bring one dish. That's the whole job. Twenty kitchens on one table is half of why this works.

One dish per ticket

Limited capacity

One ticket, your whole crew.

$40

Alone, a couple, or six of you

It all goes into the afternoon — drinks, snacks, paperware, stage and setup. We're not making money on this.

Good questions

Before you ask

Where exactly is it?

Ofer & Amnon's backyard in Redmond. The exact address goes to ticket holders a few days before, with parking notes.

What should we bring?
A dish to share
One per ticket, ready to serve — in its own bowl or tray, with its own serving spoon. Nothing should wait on a missing ladle.
Somewhere to sit
A chair or a blanket. There's seating, but not for everyone at once.
An instrument, if you play
Optional. There's a guitar and a drum kit on stage either way.

Drinks, snacks and paperware are covered by your ticket.

Where do we park?

Carpool if you can. It's a residential street and parking is tight. Fewer cars is better for the show and for the neighbors.

Parking details come with the address.

Do we have to get up and play?

Not at all. Most people eat, drink, listen and sing along from their chair. That's a perfectly good evening.

But the stage is open in the last hour if you want it — sing, borrow a guitar, try the drums. The band plays behind you, so it sounds good even if you've never done it. No auditions, no pressure.

What does the $40 pay for?

Drinks, snacks, paperware, stage and setup. One ticket covers whoever you bring — one person or six.

Who else is coming?

Neighbors, friends, and whoever they bring. Kids, grandparents, people who've never met — that's the point.

The yard holds a limited number. When it's full, we close it.
